HAS YOUR CAR BEEN TOWED?
If you are calling about an impounded vehicle please call 30 minutes ahead before arriving. You may retrieve your belongings or have your vehicle released between 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday and must have photo ID.
If your car was towed from a parking spot: we don’t have it. We do not tow vehicles parked in violation of the law or private property parking expectations. Contact your local police department if your vehicle has been towed. If you did not call us, we did not tow your vehicle.
